“ The service was wonderful! As it was our first time at Storming Crab, our lovely waitress/bartender set us up. The combos are the way to go, and substitutions were able to be made. Absolutely will be back! ”
“ Food was geographic specific. Service was great, considering only one waitperson available. The other one was out sick. Within a half hour, additional help came in. Restaurant was immaculate. Atmosphere was very relaxed Staff was friendly and anxious to help. Price was fair. Not cheap nor expensive. We each ordered the two lobster tail packages. Came with extras. Lobster was not tough. ”
“ Stopped in on a Sunday morning and was seated right away! The shark bite margarita was perfect. It really paired well with the boil. We got Combo C and added eggs and muscles. No sausage since we do not eat red meat. The crabs were a great size and perfectly cooked. The sauce was the right amount of spice and I love that there was so much of it! The rice was not needed, but definitely paired well! The restaurant is very open and spacious. Great family environment! ”
“ Great seafood here and attentive service, visited multiple times throughout the years, although competition has been heating up, Storming Crab still keeps the same level of quality and service here, if not even better. During my most recent trip, we had the shrimp and snow crab leg combo with house Cajun and garlic butter, they are both very good. We discovered there is also amazing hibachi option now for lunch and dinner, my kid tried chicken hibachi dinner, it was tasty! He loved it and finished them all without any complaints. Awesome food and service as always, we love storming crab! ”
“ This place is a little deceiving at first. You get a weird vibe because there is graffiti everywhere! That is just the theme of the restaurant. The mussels were absolutely huge and delicious! Best mussels I have had! I regretted only getting 6. The snow crab tasted average. The old bay and garlic butter came in containers and seemed to have been stale and definitely not freshly made. I'm glad I ordered those on the and not mixed with the crab legs. Our waitress was super friendly. ”
“ This place is pretty good for a seafood boil place in Buffalo, location is relatively close to University at Buffalo north campus. I got one of the seafood combos and it comes with snow crab legs and potato pieces, corn and other seafood such as shrimp with cajun sauce. I also tried it last time with garlic butter and both are pretty good but it depends on each person's preferences. They come with free seafood bread that has crab meat and cheese on a piece of bread, and it is one per person and that is one of my favorite parts of the meal. Service is pretty good and everyone there was pretty nice. Inside there is a lot of seating with booths and tables perfect for big and small groups. ”
“ We visited on a Saturday afternoon for dinner. There were plenty of tables to be had. Our orders came with a complimentary basket of seafood bread. It was great! I ordered a bowl of seafood gumbo which was quite spicy, as it should be. I also got a fried oyster poor boy. This proved difficult to pick up but I managed and I thought it was very good. My wife had the fried scallop basket which I also sampled and was very pleased with it. This is a good place to come for seafood. ”
“ Stopped by for the first time at Storming Crab...I ordered the scallops and fries dinner...delicious. the scallops were great. Before my meal arrived, a basket of seafood bread was delivered...I wasn't expecting this but it was also delicious. My husband got the oyster Po'boy and seafood gumbo which also looked really good...will definitely go back if in the area! Service was also good!!! ”
“ The service was great, the server explained the menu and our questions we had. The food was so delicious and the price is not bad. I like how you can choose your own seafood combo. The place was nice and very friendly. ”
